Our Saviour‘s Lutheran Church Council has called a special congregational meeting to be held on Sunday, July 16th beginning at 10:10 am in the church sanctuary.

This announcement serves as an invitation for you to attend and to invite other voting members to attend. This announcement also informs you that as per the OSLC Constitution C10.03, “Notice of all meetings of this congregation shall be given at the services of worship on the preceding two Sundays and at least ten days in advance of the date of the meeting by methods provided in the bylaws.“

The purpose for the congregational meeting is to seek approval of a recommendation by the Building & Property Committee and the Church Council of a plan of action for the boiler replacement which has been in operation for 67 years now. All details, including the cost of the boiler replacement, will be provided at the meeting.
