Praise in the Park

in the City Square Park
Potluck in the park to follow.
Please bring lawn chairs or blankets and your own place settings.
Ushers and Stewardship & Worship Committee members will be available to assist carrying chairs and food items. Drinks will be provided by the Stewardship Committee. No fellowship coffee served that day after worship. It is suggested to bring one or two potluck dishes. Hot or cold food maybe stored at the church and then brought to the park after worship. In case of inclement weather, worship and the potluck will be held at the church.

Our Saviour‘s Lutheran Church Council has called a special congregational meeting to be held on Sunday, July 16th beginning at 10:10 am in the church sanctuary.
This announcement serves as an invitation for you to attend and to invite other voting members to attend. This announcement also informs you that as per the OSLC Constitution C10.03, “Notice of all meetings of this congregation shall be given at the services of worship on the preceding two Sundays and at least ten days in advance of the date of the meeting by methods provided in the bylaws.“
The purpose for the congregational meeting is to seek approval of a recommendation by the Building & Property Committee and the Church Council of a plan of action for the boiler replacement which has been in operation for 67 years now. All details, including the cost of the boiler replacement, will be provided at the meeting.

June is Caring & Sharing month at OSLC.
Items needed are: Kleenex, Toothpaste, Toothbrushes, Laundry Soap, Dish Soap, Toilet Paper, Spaghetti Noodles, Spaghetti Sauce, Tuna, Canned Fruit, Canned Soup, Peanut Butter, Macaroni & Cheese, Cereal.
There will be baskets at the church for your donations! Monetary donations are also appreciated, please make checks payable to Caring & Sharing.
Belgium Waffles will be served for everyone
by the Worship Committee in the
Downstairs Social Room
following 9:00 worship on June 25th.
This year the annual
Walk/Run Cancer Fund Drive will be held
Friday, June 16th from 4:00 p.m.-8:30 p.m. with opening ceremony beginning at 6:00 in the Audubon City Park.

OSLC is sponsoring a team with Elayne Sinow as team captain. Be looking for a sign up table on Sunday mornings! You may also leave financial donations in the church office.
Special music will be needed for Sunday worship

while our Senior Choir and Praise Band take a break for the summer.
If you or someone you know, such as a visiting relative or friend, could provide vocal or instrumental special music during the summer, please contact a Worship Committee member, Jane Weber, the church office or sign up on the sheet located on the bulletin board.

National Day of Prayer is

National Day of Prayer calls on all people of different faiths and the United States to pray for our nation and its leaders.
